Have been interested in raw for years but was put off because I always want to do everything 100%. Have now got interested again, but no longer aiming for 100% - have learnt that much at least. Have been having green smoothies for the past 2 weeks though too soon to see any benefits, I guess.

Hi Viv, welcome! With a fortnight of green smoothies already under your belt you are well on your way. Are you finding that drinking green smoothies is eliminating some of your less healthy food cravings? I find that the full feeling from green smoothies will last me most of the morning. Plus I seem to have more energy to get through daily tasks.
