High Raw Food Diet Challenge - Day 23

I take excellent care of myself.
I’ve felt great all day today really. I cruised through the day smooth as a cloud. I took everything one step at a time and got a lot done. I felt really calm the whole way through the day.
It helps that a cool change has given us a break from the heat. The respite from the weather meant that the kids and I could head out for a long walk in the cool afternoon. We’ve spotted two echidnas today, which we always think is a sign of good luck.
I didn’t have a
vegetable salad yesterday and I missed it. Tonight I made up for it with a massive vegetable salad that I’m sure could have fed at least three people. Feeling much better now, but not sure if my chamomile tea will fit in!
Day 23 High Raw Food Diet Menu Breakfast: Green smoothie (silverbeet, rockmelon and banana). 1 apple. Coffee with soy milk
Morning tea: 1 apple, 1 banana.
Lunch: 5 spirulina crackers with avocado and tomato.
Afternoon tea: 2 spirulina crackers with raw peanut butter. 2 apricots, ½ pear, 1 peach.
Dinner: Huge vegetable salad with cos lettuce, avocado, tomato, red capsicum, asparagus, white Spanish onion, mushrooms and feta cheese. Dressing of lime juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and wholegrain mustard. Chamomile tea.
