How Raw Are You?
Speaking of 100% raw diets, this month I've been pondering the practicality and health value of high raw (80% raw or more) over full raw. This is partly because despite my continuing attempts at eating a 100% raw diet, after a fortnight or so I invariably drift back to eating high raw.
I know that achieving a high raw diet is already excellent, but I've realised I put unnecessary pressure on myself to be fully raw. I'm asking myself why? Is the difference in benefits really so great? Certainly high raw is much more enjoyable and feasible for me to maintain long term, and long term healthy eating is always the goal.
These thoughts prompted me to write about
raw food health levels.
I'd love to know what you think so please use the comments box at the bottom of the article to share your opinion.
